  • 1915

    8 July, birth of Georgette Faniel in Montreal. Baptism at the church of the Immaculate Conception two days later. Her father calls her Mimi.

  • 1920


    Death of grandma Beaudry.

  • 1921


    First pneumonia. First interior locutions.

  • 1922


    6 May, Sacrament of Confirmation.

  • 1922

  • 1923

    Coma and healing at Saint-Justine Hospital. Her father, Alfred, meets Brother André at the Oratory who tells him that his child will be a favorite of Saint Joseph.

  • 1923-1925


    Separation with her family because of her mother’s illness.

  • 1926


    Begins lessions in singing and theory. During twenty years, she belongs to several choirs.

  • 1927-1928


    Several stays at Notre-Dame Hospital. Meets Brother André who encourages her in the devotion of the Way of the Cross.

    Consecrates herself to Mary in the movement Les Enfants de Marie(The Children of Mary)

  • 1930


    Assists Father Émile Fontaine, Director of the choir of her parish.

  • 1932

    Monitor in a vacation colony. Saved from drowning by the Virgin Mary. Meets Father Blaise-Émile Pleau who be a great spiritual help. He will die on the 14th of September 1964.

    Meets Father Paul Godin who guides her in her spiritual life. He will die on the 15th of August 1991.

  • 1939


    Sled accident in the snow that will handicap her for the rest of her life.

    Baccalaureate in piano from the Royal Conservatory of Montreal.

    Death of her brother Roger at the age of 37.

    Spiritual direction of Joseph Gamache, sj. He dies on the 30th of January 1966.

    Pronounces the vow of chastity.

  • 1950

     

    7 February, death of her father, Alfred, at the age of 70.

    Receives the wounds of Jesus on her hands and feet.

    Spiritual notes destroyed by Father Gamache. Does volunteer work for the poor and migrants during forty years.

    28 February, act of offering to Divine Mercy for the salvation of the world through the Association of Victim Souls of Mary Mediatrix.

    22 February, Spiritual engagement with Jesus.

    25 April, receives the Crown of Thorns.

    Operation on her spine. Handicapped following the operation.

    Accepts the agony of the heart, soul, and spirit.

    Meets Cardinal Paul-Émile Léger at Saint-Sacrament Parish during the “Great Mission”.

    Death of her mother, Georgine at the age of 78.

    Offering of her life for John XXIII, prays and suffers for the spiritual success of Vatican II.

  • 1962

     

    Two Sisters of Charity of Ottawa join Mimi’s small team for the mission of saving souls.

  • 1963

     

    Makes her profession in the Third-Order of Our-Lady-of-Mount-Carmel, while remaining a lay person.

  • 1964

     

    Vision of the ordination of the Girard Fathers. Accepts to become their spiritual mother.

  • 1964

     

    Fire near her apartment and intervention of the Virgin Mary.

  • 1966-1983

     

    Spiritual direction of Father Paul Mayer, sj. Mimi experiences the nights of the faith. Interior locutions of the Father, of Jesus and of Mary continue, as well as the combat with the Evil One.

  • 1978

     

    First encounter of Father Guy Girard with Mimi. Election of Pope John Paul II. Mimi will be very close to this pope through her spiritual maternity.

  • 1982

     

    1st of July, mark of the Alliance that has the form of a number 2 embedded in her flesh.

  • 1983-2002

     

    Spiritual direction of Father Armand Girard. He writes Mimi many letters concerning her experiences. Father Guy Girard becomes her spiritual counsellor and responsible for Mimi’s writings. She experiences the mystical incarnation by becoming priest and victim with Jesus. She experiences during several years the phenomenon of the transfixion of the heart.

    John Paul II and his trip to Canada in September.

  • 1984-1985

     

    26 Juin, prodigy of the golden crown of blood in the chalice during the mass of the Girard Fathers with Mimi. This grace will happen several times. The Girard Fathers’ trips to Medjugorje and to Rome. They meet Pope John Paul II and speak to him about Mimi.

  • 1984-1985

     

    Mimi experiences in her body the pregnancy of Jeannine Brasseur. Andrée-Ann is born healthy on the 19th of April 1985.

  • 1985

     

    Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Mimi offers her life for the approval of the apparitions of Medjugorje. In October, she is hospitalized following a heart attack.

  • 1986

     

    Testimony of Mimi in a book written by the Girard Fathers concerning Medjugorje.

  • 1988

     

    Healing of a paralysis after receiving the consecrated host.

  • 1986-1995

     

    Letters to Father Janko Bubalo. Several trips to the hospital.

  • 1988

     

    13 August, first visit of Suzanne Dignard who will become her spiritual daughter.

  • 1989

     

    Strange fracture of the sternum after falling in her apartment. A night of the spirit.

  • 1993

     

    Cardinal Grégoire asks her to come to his bedside. He will die on the 30th of October.

  • 1994

     

    8th of March, death of her friend, Régine Guénette who lived twenty years with her. Moves to Saint-Joseph Home with the Little Sisters of the Poor. Suzanne Dignard will accompany her till her death.

  • 1998

     

    Writing of the first half of her life Autopsie de mon âme.

    End of her spiritual notes.

  • 2000

     

    Nostalgia of God and Heaven.

  • 2001

     

    Out-of-the-body experience, indescribable joy. Fracture of the left ankle.

  • 2002

     

    2nd of July, dies at Notre-Dame Hospital in Montreal, six days before her 87th birthday. Funeral on the 5th of July at the church of the Immaculate-Conception.
