If these persons took the time to think before speaking! By saying this, they show their ignorance. Mass is an assembly of christians, that is, a reunion of members of the same family to take part in My Sacrifice, My passion. Souls must play a large part and unite themselves completely to the prayers of the celebrant. They must not remain indifferent, silent during the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.
Are they really the ones sacrificing themselves or is it I? These souls who calculate a few hours of sleep, of rest, reproach Me when they talk this way. They wouldn’t even dare speak this way to a friend saying: “I’ll come to see you, but I will be making a big sacrifice!” And being at their friend’s place, they would show no interest in the conversation, looking at their watch, allowing themselves to sleep, or using prayer time to think about material things. What would this friend think of this? These souls are present only in body. Their hearts, their minds are preoccupied, distracted. This is why My Precious Blood flows uselessly on these souls.
